**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our IT products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through research and phone interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our IT solutions.
- Follow up on leads and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
