As a Telecaller at Sun Share Energy, you will play a pivotal role in our client engagement and support efforts. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients interested in our EPC solar projects. Your primary goal is to facilitate meaningful interactions, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Understand the solar energy industry and our company's services to effectively communicate with clients.

Present product information, answer client inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

Record client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system for further analysis.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide clients with relevant and accurate information.

Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Assist in arranging appointments and meetings between clients and the sales team.

Provide clients with information on our solar project offerings, including pricing and technical details.

Act as a bridge between the client and the company, ensuring that client concerns and questions are addressed promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn about solar energy and the company's EPC projects.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
