**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in purchasing activities to secure optimal rates, terms, and services from suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Support procurement processes to align with project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Analyze purchase data for cost-saving opportunities and assist in report generation.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic purchasing tools.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Boys preferred for this role.
