**What do we look for?**

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor for Doorstep Services for Two-Wheelers to join our team. As a Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and oversee the technicians who perform doorstep services for our customers. Your role will involve managing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient inventory management..

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage and oversee technicians: Assign tasks, provide training, monitor work quality and productivity, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Service Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely service delivery, monitor service quality, and handle customer complaints.
- Customer Service: Build positive customer relationships, understand service requirements, provide accurate information, address inquiries and complaints promptly.
- On-call diagnosing: Conduct pre-visit calls, coordinate with technicians, and ensure availability of required parts.
- Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory, maintain records, place orders, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Administration: Maintain records, generate reports to track key performance indicators.

**Whom do we look for?**
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and other regional languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the two-wheeler industry with a multi-branded background.
- Strong ability to communicate with customers effectively and build trust.
- Comfortable working in the office located in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
- Flexible to work on rotational week-offs.
