We have an urgent requirement for Regional Sales Manager-Home Loans for a leading private sector bank.

Location:Bangalore/Mumbai

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - HOUSING LOAN
- Creation of distribution of Builder Tie ups, DSA, connectors in the territory assigned
- Create DST network as per indent
- Activation of Channels every month
- Work closely with branches to activate business
- Conduct activities in Market to generate leads and logins
- Visit all channels and branches weekly with SM as joint calls to improve business
- Liaise with Credit/ Tech/Legal to get cases disbursed
- Target achievement by Sales Managers and DSTs in Disbursement & Book Growth of Housing

Loan and Mortgage Loan
- Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly.
- Communicate product schemes and offers to the Regional Sales Managers and ensures their

implementation.
- Monitor and analyze performance of the Team members.
- Responsible for Productivity Sales Managers, DSTs etc.
- Meet empanelment target of DSAs, Connectors & their activation as per HO guidelines
- Responsible for ensuring Builder Tie Ups and APFs of all the projects launched in the assigned

market, and ensure Sales Leads to closure
- Ensuring Score Card achievement of the SMs & support staff
- Identify market opportunities.
- Ensure FTR and TAT by involving in cases
- Visit to property and customer beyond prescribed threshold level
- Liaise with Marketing and Central Team - HLBG for activities.
- Interacts with customers for the product feedback and take up with ZSM/HO for product

improvements continuously

Competencies:

- Minimum 6 years of sales & marketing experience in Housing Finance/Mortgage Business with at

least 3 years of team leading experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Regularly joined field working and generate or suggest new ideas in his team.
- Strong overall computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Should have clear understanding of the Housing/Mortgage Loan Business and the market assigned.

**Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field in Banks/FIs**

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum score of 60%

SCALE OF APPOINTMENT*- Scale III

PLACE OF POSTING#: Bangalore/Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
