**We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations at our food/nutraceutical production facility.** The role involves supervising production teams, ensuring quality standards, and improving efficiency and output.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise production activities across shifts (in-house and third-party units)
- Meet daily and monthly production targets
- Ensure quality standards and follow SOPs
- Review batch records and maintain production documentation
- Manage raw material and packaging inventory
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform routine equipment checks
- Coordinate with R&D for scale-up and process improvements
- Follow all safety and compliance standards

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: BE in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering
- **Experience: 6-8 years in food, pharma, or nutraceutical manufacturing**:

- **Skills**:

- **Knowledge of equipment like reactors, spray dryers, boilers**:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,983.50 - ₹58,079.47 per month
