**Job description**

**Flaviant Network Pvt. Ltd. is an ed-tech organization catering to the preparation needs of UPSC aspirants. Its headquarters is located in Gurugram. We provide online as well as offline courses to students preparing for IAS examinations.**

**Currently, we are looking for a well-organized and experienced operations executive to implement and monitor day-to-day LMS operations across various departments.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **To be actively involved in course updates on LMS.**:

- **To co-ordinate with departments for relevant informations regarding the courses.**:

- **To establish quick communication methods within the organization for **the **dissemination of important information**:

- **To create and conduct regular quality checks to ensure correct information flow within the team members.**:

- **To update the notice boards of all courses.**:

- **To create a smooth process for sending communications to the students.**

**Skills**:

- **Should be able to pay attention to detail**:

- **Must be able to work with cross-functional teams with a sense of cohesiveness**:

- **Professional and prompt follow ups**:

- **Knowledge of MS-Excel**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
