They are solving the biggest problem in the green fuel industry: lack of reliability. Raw material aggregators need to find production sources and a way to reach the right manufacturers. Manufacturers need to find reliable aggregators to source the type of materials they want, at any time and any quantity. Consumers need to buy good-quality green fuels. They bring all these people together on their online marketplace. They build reliable connections, strengthen the community and make way for their growth. They believe in a healthy future where people thrive on a safe planet driven by green fuels" **Job Role and Responsibilities**: - Ensuring compliance with the Company's financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and budgeting efforts. - All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. - Identify and implement best practices to make the Company’s financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective. - Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensure compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant. - Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS. - Helping the organization in raising funds (debt and equity), management of funds and due-diligence**.** **Qualification and Experience** - 2 to 4 years experience in startups financial roles. - Have a deep understanding of reconciliation and sales and can identify early risk indicators. - A Master's Degree in Finance / Professional Finance Qualification / CA/ ACCA or equivalent. - Ability to interact with stakeholders internally and external **Other Details**: Work from the office with 6 days of working **Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - Do you have 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in an online B2C setup? **Education**: - Bachelor's (required)
