We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance and accounts team. The role requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and business strategy to support organizational growth. The Finance Head will be responsible for overall financial management, risk assessment, and ensuring financial health of the company.

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee overall financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and strategic insights to management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow, and fund requirements efficiently.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions for funding and compliance.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets.
  • Drive cost control measures and improve financial efficiency.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and business projections.
  • Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning, MIS reporting, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities with ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
