**Billing Associate/AR-Calling - UK Healthcare**

**Description**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Expedite patient’s appointment based on urgency and priority and severity of illness of the condition. Work alongside doctors to send medical letters to GP for prescription of medicines as assisted by doctors.
- Invoicing, clearing dues, sending test reports, keep records of treatment and surgeries, follow-up with insurance agencies, and Perform Various Admin tasks. Including answering the mail sent on an immediate basis.
- Schedule/Reschedule appointments, and attend to patients responsibly (calendar and travel arrangements). Responsible for increasing and maintaining the quality of patient satisfaction.
- Accurate Patient demographic detail Charges Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the customers’ revenue cycle software.
- Actively participate in all training activities from Induction training, Client specific training, and refresher training on billing and compliance.
- Adhere to the customer-provided turnaround time requirements.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Must be a graduate.
- Experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min.
