**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Accounting**:

- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve discrepancies.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
- **Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Banking and Treasury**:

- Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate with banking partners.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**:

- Certification in financial accounting or related courses (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Foundation).
- Experience with advanced Excel and financial modeling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
