The Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial health of the organization. This role includes financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Finance Executive plays a key role in providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business strategy.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Accounting and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- **Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors for periodic audits and address findings.
- **Cash Flow and Treasury Management**:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
- Oversee bank transactions, investments, and debt obligations.
- **Cost Control and Optimization**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage expenses within approved budgets.
- **Taxation and Regulatory Affairs**:

- Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filings to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and provide guidance to the organization.
- **Team Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., TALLY, ITR & GST RETURNS).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of financial principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy of financial reporting and compliance.
- Achievement of budgetary goals and financial targets.
- Effective cash flow management.
- Implementation of cost-saving initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
