**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- **Event Management**:
- Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, including logistics and follow-ups.
- **Task Management**:
- Monitor and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in [relevant tools/software, e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace].
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge if applicable].
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Work Environment**
- Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
