Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our After Sales team. The role involves handling batteries received for service, conducting basic testing, packing/unpacking boxes, and maintaining accurate service/testing records.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive batteries returned from customers for service/inspection

2. Unpack and organize returned batteries for testing

3. Carry out basic testing procedures as per company guidelines

4. Record test results and service details in registers and/or computer sheets

5. Pack and label batteries after testing for dispatch/return to customer

6. Maintain proper documentation of each service case for tracking and reporting

7. Ensure safe handling of batteries and follow all safety protocols

8. Support the After Sales team in day-to-day tasks and customer service needs

**Requirements**:
1. Physically fit to handle lifting and moving of battery boxes

2. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets) for data entry

3. Ability to follow instructions and testing guidelines carefully

4. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

5. Prior experience in battery testing/after sales/service support preferred but not mandatory

Work Type: Full-time / On-site

CTC: 18-19K

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
