**Position**: Service Technician
**Location**: Cherlapally, Hyderabad

**Reports To**: R&D Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on **Gravton Quanta** and other EV models.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in EVs.
- Conduct **pre-delivery inspections (PDI)** and ensure vehicles are in perfect working condition.
- Assist customers with technical queries and provide guidance on vehicle usage and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Quality teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Provide on-site and remote support for customers facing vehicle-related concerns.
- Ensure all service tasks are completed efficiently and meet **Gravton Motors' quality standards**.
- Stay updated with **EV industry trends, new technologies, and best practices**.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s Degree** in **Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering**.
- **1-3 years** of experience in vehicle servicing (EV experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of **electric vehicles, battery technology, and BMS (Battery Management System)**.
- Hands-on experience in **diagnostics tools and service software**.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle **customer queries** professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service support when required.
