We have good opportunity as "Production Incharge" at Boisar,Maharashtra location. - Designation : Production Incharge - Location : Boisar (Factory) Job Requirement: - Minimum Work Experience between 4-5 years of production experience - Experience in handling entire production. Accountable for production, productivity, quality of our process & products. - Minimum Education: Diploma/ Engineer or a equivalent degree in manufacturing and (Polymer/Production Engg. Preferable) Job Roles - Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and ensure optimization of production processes to minimize production downtime and maximize equipment utilization. - Manage overall production performance, including quality control and inventory management. - Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards and procedures to ensure that products meet our specifications and exceed customer expectations. - Manage day-to-day operations of production, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to production schedules and deadlines. - Develop and manage budgets, controlling production costs and ensuring budget targets are achieved. - Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to identify and resolve production issues. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and environmental standards by properly managing hazardous materials, waste management and hazardous waste disposal.
