**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Assist in creating 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for projects.
- Collaborate with senior animators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality animations.
- Understand project requirements and execute animations according to client briefs and project guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop animation concepts and ideas.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure that all animations are delivered on schedule.Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques.

**Peferred Skills**:

- Create high-quality motion graphics for a wide range of media including social media, digital platforms, advertisements, and video content.
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and develop motion designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with video editors, copywriters, and designers to produce cohesive visual content.
- Animate typography, logos, and illustrations to enhance visual storytelling.
- Design and animate 2D and 3D elements as needed.
- Continuously improve animations based on feedback from creative leads or clients.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques to create cutting-edge content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.Video editing skills will be considered an added advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
