Join our team at TQI as a Creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Video Editing, Motion Graphics & Social Media Design.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand vision and driving high-impact creative content across platforms.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Design visually appealing marketing materials for print, digital platforms, product packaging, and logo development—ensuring brand consistency across all formats.

Edit and produce professional video content for brand campaigns, social media (Instagram Reels) ads, and tutorials—aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.

Design optimized social media layouts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Develop motion graphics for videos, animated posts, explainer videos, logo animations, product showcases, and brand storytelling.

Proficient use of design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, Canva.

Proficient use of video editing and motion graphics tools:
Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Animate (optional)

Create on-brand artwork, illustrations, and guided design pieces for product and service brands.

Build and present impactful design concepts using PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mood boards, and detailed layout compositions.

Lead the design and delivery of engaging digital advertising campaigns with optimized creative content.

Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of design, video editing, motion graphics, and social media content trends.

Manage and update product catalogs and digital content asset libraries.

Convert hand sketches into digital designs.

Manage G-Suite content repository and assist with data entry where needed.

Enhance digital brand visibility through innovative and creative design approaches.

**Qualifications**

Any Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Motion Graphics, or related field.

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing & Motion Graphics (professional, internship or freelance work included).

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, mood board creation, and design principles.

Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and content creation for social media platforms.

Knowledge of web design, animation, and UX/UI principles is a bonus.
Experience working with KPIs/KRAs is a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop

Premiere Pro
Additional video editing & motion graphics tools:
Strong ability to create high-impact visual content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Ability to develop motion graphics for brand storytelling and dynamic videos.Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides).Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
