BC Web Wise Pvt. Limited (BCWW) is a full-service digital advertising agency located in Mumbai. Our expertise extends over a wide variety of services, from website and content development to online marketing, social media & search marketing, media planning & buying, video & animation production and their deployment, and mobile marketing. In addition, we also provide outdoor digital installations based on web-based technologies, brand films.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Assist in creating 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for projects.
- Collaborate with senior animators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality animations.
- Understand project requirements and execute animations according to client briefs and project guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop animation concepts and ideas.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure that all animations are delivered on schedule.Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques.

**Peferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D animation and modeling.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of character animation, rigging, or compositing is a plus.Experience in creating animations for digital marketing and social media.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
