Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Brands: Identify and approach potential brands and suppliers for collaboration.
Negotiate terms and agreements with brands for listing their products on the platform.
Ensure compliance with legal, branding, and quality standards.

Product Listing: Create product listings on our e-commerce platform, including product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Ensure accurate and consistent product information, categorization, and attributes.
Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversions.

Inventory Management:Monitor product availability and stock levels.
Coordinate with brands to ensure timely restocking and product updates.
Implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

Merchandising:Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing product displays.
Plan and execute promotions, sales, and product bundling to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
Monitor sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for merchandising.

Quality Assurance:Ensure the accuracy and quality of product information, images, and pricing.
Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to product listings and orders.

Analytics and Reporting:Generate and analyze reports on product performance, sales, and customer behavior.
Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize the online store's performance.

Customer Support:Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to product listings and orders.
Collaborate with the customer support team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in e-commerce, product listing, and brand onboarding.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of online merchandising and customer-centric strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
