Designation**:Customer Service Co-ordinator**

Expectations:
We are looking for an experienced customer service coordinator to be responsible for a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service with a **minimum **of **2 years** of experience in the solar industry. Should provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues, and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times

Responsibilities/Skill Requirements:
Ensure that the operations team is compliant with the policies and procedures of the organization and offer consistency in service delivery.

Should oversee the work of every member of our team and assist them in resolving customer complaints, improving customer service, and maintaining satisfied customers.

Should be an exceptional customer service coordinator with outstanding product knowledge and instill this value in the team in order to achieve success.

Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Offering excellent customer service.

Promoting the vision of the organization.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and reporting findings to the staff.

Handling customer complaints brought to your attention.

Conducting regular training sessions with the team.

Motivating the team to perform at their best.

To provide an up-to-date status report daily.

Willing to travel extensively if required.

Multilingualism (Hindi, English and etc.,) will be preferred

Driving skills: Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler

System skills: Proficiency in MS Word / MS Excel / CRM Software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related field

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
