Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co Ordinator For Sales & Service to join our dynamic team. This role involves achieving targets for supplies billing on a monthly basis, generating opportunities from new customers, ensuring on-time payment collection as per purchase orders, telecalling for lead generation, and maintaining real-time updates in the ANT ERP system for all cases including customer communications. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for gathering customer feedback after service completion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieving target of supplies billing on a monthly basis.
- Creating opportunities from new customers.
- Ensuring on-time payment collection within the due date as per the purchase order.
- Telecalling for lead generation in supplies and services.
- Updating ANT ERP in real-time for all cases including customer communication.
