**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. This role involves managing and optimizing our digital presence across various platforms to drive engagement, attract new customers, and enhance the online experience for Poppys Hotels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content across digital platforms such as social media, blogs, and the company website.
- Manage and grow social media accounts by engaging with followers, creating appealing posts, and analyzing metrics to improve strategies.
- Develop SEO strategies that improve visibility and search engine ranking, including keyword research and technical SEO optimizations.
- Plan, manage, and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Contribute to ongoing digital marketing campaigns in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure the website remains functional, fresh, and engaging, contributing to the overall online presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring marketing efforts are well-aligned with the company’s goals and branding.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, adapting strategies to new opportunities and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any other degree combined with certification/diploma in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
- Basic proficiency in Office suite, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Immediate availability to join.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
