Experience

- 4-5 years as junior architect
- minimum experience - 3 years in architecture & related field

Skillset:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural design software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Profile Introduction

- Research and stay updated on the latest architectural trends and materials.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- A passion for sustainable and innovative design.
