**Experience**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience as Architect
- Min 2 - 6 months of internship/ Freshers are eligible

Education: Bachelor's of Architecture

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills with the ability to convey ideas through hand sketches, 3D models, and digital renderings.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.

**Profile Introduction**

**Profile Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for architectural projects.
- Develop and present design proposals, including 3D models, renderings, and drawings, to communicate concepts effectively.
- Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Lead and coordinate the design team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all architectural designs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns as needed.
- Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to client needs.
- Participate in project meetings, design charrettes, and presentations as required.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
