- **Collaboration**:Working with other departments (e.g., sales, production) to meet their needs and ensure smooth operations.
- **Reporting**:Preparing and analyzing inventory reports, including performance against key performance indicators.
- **Supplier Management**:Communicating with suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying opportunities to improve inventory management processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
