Post : - EDP-EXECUTIVE

The Electronic Data Processing (EDP) staff is responsible for managing and maintaining the electronic

systems, databases, and IT infrastructure of an organization.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL).
- Familiarity with programming like D2K (Optional)

Job responsibilities:
1. Data Management
- Collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate data in the organisation’s systems.

2. System Operations

(Factory).

3. Software and Application Maintenance

data processing. (eg Ms Office etc)
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues.

4. Hardware Maintenance
- Overseeing the maintenance of hardware, including computers, servers, and

Peripherals and communicate with Hardware maintaince engineer.
- Coordinating with relevant department for repairs or replacements of faulty

equipment.

5. Data Security and Backup
- Implementing data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Managing regular backups of datas.

6. Support and Training
- Providing technical support to employees for data processing and system-related

issues.

7. Report Generation
- Preparing reports based on processed data for decision-making and operational

use.

10. Coordination
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their data processing needs.
- Coordinating with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and

updates.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
