Job Title: Field Marketing Executive/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive/Manager to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves planning and executing field campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing market trends to maximize outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to promote products/services.

  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and activations.

  • Build relationships with customers, retailers, and partners to enhance brand presence.

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to optimize campaigns.

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate and convert leads.

  • Track and report performance metrics to measure campaign success.

  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.

  • Train and manage field marketing representatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in handling events, activations, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹31,719.44 per month
