Job Title: Field Marketing Executive/Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive/Manager to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves planning and executing field campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing market trends to maximize outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and activations.
- Build relationships with customers, retailers, and partners to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and convert leads.
- Track and report performance metrics to measure campaign success.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
- Train and manage field marketing representatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in handling events, activations, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹10,239.86 - ₹31,719.44 per month

Schedule:
