**Job Title**: Creative Designer & Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a **Creative Designer & Social Media Specialist**. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting eye-catching designs and engaging content that speaks to our brand's audience across multiple platforms. This position is perfect for someone with a flair for creativity, a strong grasp of visual aesthetics, and a knack for social media marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Content Creation**: Develop and manage high-quality content for festivals, special occasions, and product launches, including posts, reels, and stories that drive engagement.
- **Graphic Design**: Design packaging, product labels, brochures, and advertisement materials that align with our brand’s identity.
- **Video Editing**: Edit videos for social media and advertisement purposes, ensuring they are optimized for reach and engagement.
- **Brand Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to messages, and analyzing metrics to increase reach and engagement.
- **Ad Campaigns**: Work on advertisement design for various channels, including print, digital, and social media.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **graphic design**, **video editing**, and **social media management**.
- Proficiency in design tools like **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro**, or other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of **social media platforms** (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and best practices for engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, creative flair, and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or social media content creation (or relevant field experience).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **marketing strategies** for product promotion.
- Experience with **e-commerce** or retail brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
