About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to handle all creative visual needs for our company's digital and print presence. From social media graphics and brand campaigns to motion assets and print collateral, you will be responsible for crafting professional, engaging, and on-brand visual content.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Graphics: Create static and animated visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Motion Design: Design and animate short videos, reels, GIFs, and motion assets for web and app use.
  • Print Collateral: Design marketing brochures, flyers, banners, certificates, posters, etc.
  • Brand Assets: Develop logos, icons, and internal brand visuals for presentations, events, and internal use.
  • Adapt Designs: Repurpose creatives for different formats and devices while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging.

Required Tools & Skills:

  • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (for basic adaptations).
  • Motion Tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or any equivalent motion software).
  • Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
  • Familiar with print production standards (CMYK, bleed, DPI) and digital formats (SVG, WebP, MP4, etc.)
  • Ability to deliver clean, polished, and organized design files on time.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work.
  • Ability to take creative briefs and deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills Understanding of current visual trends in education and tech is a plus.
