Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities for highway/road works.
- Operate and manage Auto Level instruments for leveling, measurements, and alignment checks.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and machinery usage for efficient productivity.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and measurement sheets.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients for smooth execution.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and ensure corrective measures.
- Verify material usage, quality checks, and timely requisition of construction materials.

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in road/highway construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Auto Level handling and survey techniques.
- Ability to supervise teams, laborers, and subcontractors effectively.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at Mahala, Jaipur project site.
