A DGCA-Approved DRONE TRAINING ACADEMY based in Coimbatore, building the next-gen legal drone pilots for India.

**What’s the Role?**

This isn’t your usual “Sales Executive” job. We call it **Multi-Role Husler**, because you’re doing a little bit of everything:

- Calling & converting students (30-40/day)
- Following up via WhatsApp like a pro
- Sending payment links, updating records
- Explaining drone courses in Tamil + English
- Coordinating classes & managing student experience
- Daily lead tracking, CRM updating
- Throwing ideas during meetings (silly ones welcome)
- Assisting with live drone events or workshops
- Being the face of the brand on Instagram DMs, too

You are the **bridge** between our team and our students. You own it all.

**Skills You Must (or Will Soon) Have**:

- Super clear phone voice + polite aggression
- Can explain anything from a ₹38,400 course to your tea order
- Google Sheets? No problem.
- WhatsApp Business & Razorpay? We’ll teach.
- Fast thinker, smooth talker, fearless worker
- Can handle 100 leads and not melt
- Emotional maturity + zero excuses
- Full honesty. No shortcuts.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary: ₹10,000/month
- Incentive: ₹1,000 **per converted student**:

- 10 students = ₹20,000
- 40 students = ₹50,000
- Bonus: 1-month salary if you hit your monthly target **3 times in a row**:

**Work Timing**:

- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM sharp.
- Late by even 1 minute? You lose that day’s pay.
- But we’ll **never hold you even 1 minute extra**. Pure work-life balance.

**Requirements**:

- Age: 19-27 preferred
- Language: Tamil + English required
- Education: Any, but sharp brain required
- Prior sales or admin experience is good, but not mandatory
- Attitude: Must be brave, bold, honest & hardworking

- Come up with confidence and show us what you’ve got.
