**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Own the end-to-end design process of the assigned modules, ensuring on-time, detailed, and polished deliverables across multiple concurrent work streams including, UX/UI design, UX research, Prototyping, and Business Requirement Writing.**
- **Design innovative, user-centric experiences and interfaces that delight our users and meet business goals.**
- **Ensure final deliverables are on brand, impactful, and deliver exceptional user experiences.**
- **Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to oversee the delivery of a great user experience of the product from conception until launch and beyond.**
- **Quick study to understand the domain and acquire knowledge of existing products**
- **Capability to research on design ideas**
- **Very good understanding of modern design frameworks such as material, tailwind, bootstrap etc. Capable of design in accordance with the design principles of these frameworks.**

**Requirements**:

- **Solid 3+ years of experience in designing Web App, Android App, iOS App, and Design System backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant, user-centered design solutions.**
- **Strong product thinking and understanding of tactical design**
- **Ability to quickly turn around rigorous designs and mock-ups in an iterative environment.**
- **The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.**
- **A clear sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over-complication.**
- **Proficient with industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe Xd, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Marvel App, Invision, and productivity and collaboration tools like Google Sheets, JIRA, Slack.**
- **Must be able to confidently articulate the UX design rationale and enjoy leading conversations with teams and key stakeholders.**
- **Present and communicate the design ideas and interactions to engineers for the development**

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
