**Job Summary**

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree
- Marketing or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a tele calling, tele sales, or customer service role, preferably in a B2C environment.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.

**Language**: English, Kannada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
