**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design user-centered digital experiences that are both visually appealing and functionally effective. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into intuitive and impactful interfaces.
**Responsibilities**

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to conceptualize design solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Work with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
**Requirements**

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on solving user experience challenges.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.

Familiarity with design systems and style guides.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
