**Expected responsibilities for the position**:
1 Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to, understand user requirements and create effective user interfaces that meet their needs.

2 The design is visually appealing and creative user interfaces for clients' products

3 Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.

4 Bring your strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and your ability to lead UI / UX design projects independently

5 Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and design concepts for the website

6 Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions

7 Design, UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

8 Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

9 Continuously iterate and refine design solutions based on feedback and user testing results

10 Stay up-to-date with UI design industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

11 Utilize your best skills to excel in the role.

**Requirements for the role**:
1 At least 2 years of experience, in UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

2 A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

3 Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Sketch.

4 A team player but can work independently too.

5 Good written and verbal communication skills.

6 Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
