**UI/UX Designer**

**Augurs Technologies**, a leading innovator in software solutions, seeks a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our cutting-edge software products.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a demonstrably strong portfolio showcasing your abilities.
- In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard UI/UX tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision) and a strong command of visual design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers).
- Proven problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
- A continuous learner with a dedication to staying abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and address user pain points.
- Guarantee brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines across all design elements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to optimize the design process.
- Remain informed of current design trends and best practices.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- User interface animation principles (e.g., microinteractions)
- Accessibility best practices (WCAG compliance)
- User experience (UX) writing
- Prototyping tools like After Effects or ProtoPie
