We seek a talented and creative **UI/UX & Graphic Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces while creating engaging visual content for marketing and branding purposes. You will collaborate with the development, marketing, and product teams to ensure that designs align with the company’s vision and enhance user experience across all digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design intuitive, attractive, and functional user interfaces for websites and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent branding.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches vision and functionality.
- Create marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners and promotional content.
- Ensure all design output meets the required accessibility and usability standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming and team meetings to bring creative ideas to the table.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both types of work.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and responsive design.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
