Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, or online leads
- Explain the benefits, working, and financial savings of solar energy systems
- Conduct basic site assessments and gather necessary details for proposals
- Prepare and present customized solar quotations and proposals
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, and convert leads into successful sales
- Follow up with installation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on solar subsidies, net metering policies, and market trends
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; a diploma/degree in engineering or science is a plus
- 1+ year of experience in direct or technical sales (solar industry preferred)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory for site visits and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems (on-grid/off-grid)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
