**Key Outputs**:

- Prepare and continuously increase Vendor Database to ensure that company always has ample options in selections..
- Obtain sufficient quotations and from technically acceptable vendors.
- Ensure Commercial Terms reached with Vendors, does not conflict with QBGC project payment terms ensuring positive cash flow.
- Sub-contractor appointments and Bill certification in line with QBGC bill certifications.
- Client invoicing and All Variations preparation and settlement in conjunction with Contracts manager.
- Referring and ensuring QBGC is contractually and legally safeguarded against all sub-contractors
- Ensuring client Guarantee requirements are backed with Sub-contract guarantees where required.
- Interacting with General Manager, Operations Head, Finance department, before award and placement of any order contract to ensure best Value for money being obtained for QBGC.
- Ensuring Retention and preventing attrition of Competent Human Resources on their respective projects.
- Support Operations Team timely supply of Material and Capital Assets procurement.
- Continuously improve and suggest Technical Solutions in conjunction with Operations Head.
- Project feedback to Tendering and Business Development

**Qualifications**:
Minimum
- Graduate Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical

OR
- Diploma in Civil / Mech / Elec with exposure to commercial requirement of Construction business.

Additional Preferred
- MBA Finance

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Technical Competence
- Strong Contract Knowledge
- Business Acumen
- Financial Knowledge on Profitability etc
- Excellent Communication Skills Verbal and Written
- Presentation Skills

**Experience**:

- Should have worked extensively 10 to 15 years in Contracting environment as Commercial Manager
- Strong Technical Base in either Buildings, Industrial and or Infrastructural Projects
- Should have led a team of Procurement Professionals Preferably spent a stint in an ISO certified MNC Contracting / Consulting company - 5 years**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per month
