We are looking for enthusiastic professionals for Voice Process who possess flawless communication and preferably USA accent. If you have excellent customer handling skills, with the passion to guide to customers, you can prove to be suitable for this role.

**JD**:
1) Dealing with customer calls.
2) Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
3) Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution
5) Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Qualification Required**
- Good written & Verbal communication (English)
- Interested to work in KPO Voice Process
- Any graduate
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ready to work in Night shifts
- Ready to work from Office

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
