**Responsibilities**:

- **Information Dissemination**: Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding our institution's programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and financial aid options. Communicate this information effectively to prospective students and their families.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders involved in the college admission process. Collaborate with these partners to promote our institution and attract qualified applicants.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and ensure that relevant information is entered into the institution's database in a timely manner.
- **Admission Events**: Assist in the planning and execution of admission events such as orientation sessions, campus tours, and admitted student days. Provide logístical support and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about trends and best practices in college admissions and enrollment management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, counseling, marketing, communication, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in college admissions, counseling, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for higher education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
