**Job Summary**:
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role includes handling a variety of administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing office resources, coordinating communications, and supporting various teams within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Answer and direct phone calls; handle general inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and files.
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure the office environment is organized and operational.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, including inventory management and ordering.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between departments and management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and company meetings as needed.
- **Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and setup.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing staff activities and events.
- **Financial & Budgeting Assistance**:
- Support in processing invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with budgeting, ensuring the office stays within its financial limits.
- **Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure office complies with legal requirements and safety regulations.
- Manage office health and safety protocols, including emergency procedures.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance (optional but preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana).
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of human resources functions, including payroll and benefits administration.
**Work Environment**:
- This role typically requires the individual to work in an office setting during standard business hours.
- Some positions may require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on workload and deadlines.
**Physical Demands**:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift office supplies and materials (usually up to 20 lbs).
- Prolonged use of computers and office equipment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
