Trust Accounting Assistant Manager’s role is to perform Positive Pay & Reconciliation functions to mitigate the risk of financial / reputational exposure to ADP.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day reconciliation of General Ledgers and Bank Accounts, monitor team performance, and report key performance indicators.
- Follow up / escalate aged out of balances to minimize the possibility of penalty and interest.
- Adhere to SOX and SOC1 audit guidelines.
- Build reporting structure to depict the reconciliation cycle time.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, coach / mentor associates and set targets / milestones.
- Discover training needs and coordinate with business leaders for refreshers / provide coaching. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Experience in driving projects, cross functional expertise, and stakeholder management.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and generate actional insights to improve process.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external business partners to obtain resolutions to the issues.
- Develop relationship among associates and business partners that foster effective alignment and collaboration.
- This position requires working in night shifts.

**Desired Skills**
- Good Accounting knowledge.
- Total experience of over 8 yrs with at least 1-2 yrs as a frontline leader with a minimum span of 5-10 associates.
- Good understanding of general ledger accounts and banking reconciliation.
- Experience in handling General Ledgers.
- Working knowledge of MS office (Intermediate in Excel).
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders in US and internal departments within ADP.
- Effective time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Good decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate high energy levels.
- Flexible to work in night shift.
