**Job Title**: Physics Teacher - AS and A Level

**Location**: Tardeo

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and rigorous Physics lessons for AS and A Level students following the Cambridge syllabus.
- Prepare students thoroughly for internal assessments, Cambridge exams (paper 1, 2, 3, and 5), and practical components.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and laboratory exercises that support inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques, including simulations, demonstrations, and digital tools, to explain complex concepts.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavioral observations.
- Support students with university preparation, especially for STEM fields, including guidance for Olympiads or entrance exams if applicable.
- Collaborate with colleagues in interdisciplinary projects and academic planning.
- Participate in professional development, departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Maintain a safe and well-managed lab environment that aligns with safety protocols and Cambridge requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- B.Ed. or PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching Physics at AS and A Level (Cambridge or similar).
- Thorough knowledge of the Cambridge International curriculum and exam structure.
- Experience with practical Physics teaching and lab management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with educational technology tools (e.g., simulations, virtual labs, interactive whiteboards).
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Experience preparing students for competitive exams or international university placements.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students with diverse academic abilities.

**Compensation**:
[Based on experience and qualifications; as per institutional norms]

Pay: ₹13,457.22 - ₹65,062.22 per month
