**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver physics lessons in line with the curriculum and institute standards.
- Design and conduct experiments, demonstrations, and interactive activities to enhance understanding.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess student progress.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physics education and teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in a coaching institute, school, or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of current educational technologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
