**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and deliver training programs to sales representatives.
- Identify training needs of sales representatives.
- Conduct training sessions on selling skills and techniques.
- Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, and training manuals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
- Collaborate and work closely with reporting manager to deliver business goals through training interventions

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales training.
- Should be fluent in speaking, writing and reading Telugu and English.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Strong coaching and feedback skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software.
- Experience in FMCG is Preferred.

**Job Type**: Full-time/part time

**Education**:
Bachelor’s (preferred)

**Experience**:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales trainer.
