Uregent Hiring For Sales Executive.

**Role**

To manage and nurture the leads with a sustainable, result-oriented and long-term approach in line with the values at TRU Realty. Pre Sales
- Associate would be working in close coordination with Pre Sales - Lead towards achievement of business plan.

**Responsibilities**
- Connect to new leads through portal calling in least TAT.
- Sharing project details with customers through TRU Portal
- Schedule site visits through incoming & outgoing calls
- Conversion of warm enquiries / Prospects into hot leads through proper follow up.
- Following SOP for interaction with customers
- Tagging enquiries as per process
- Follow Up creation and adherence.

**Qualifications & Requisite Skills**

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,851.49 per month

**Benefits**:
