**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer, configure, and maintain **Microsoft 365 services** including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage **identity and access** through **Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)** including Conditional Access, MFA, and role-based access.
- Implement and manage **Microsoft Defender for Office 365** security policies, compliance rules, and threat protection.
- Perform **M365 migrations** (Exchange, SharePoint, File shares to OneDrive/Teams).
- Monitor service health, performance, and ensure high availability of M365 services.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with IT Security and Infrastructure teams for governance and optimization.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven hands-on experience as a **Microsoft 365 Administrator**.
- Strong knowledge of **Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams**.
- Expertise in **Entra ID (Azure AD)** including Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Defender** and security/compliance features in M365.
- Good understanding of **PowerShell scripting** for automation and administration tasks.
- Experience with **M365 migrations** and tenant-to-tenant migration scenarios is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
